The construction of the Les Cabinotiers real estate project has officially begun!
Fences have been installed around the site.
In the coming days, the civil engineering company SOGECA will be active on-site to carry out ground preparations for the building’s foundations.
The Project
The project involves creating an artisanal hub comprising 2 basements, 4 floors above ground, and an attic. With nearly 9,000 m² of available space, we are making a significant contribution at the heart of the ZIMEYSA industrial zone in Meyrin-Satigny (GE) with the development of an artisanal hub. These artisanal or industrial spaces, which are customizable according to the tenant's needs, are divisible from 200 m² per floor.
